The following rules and restrictions shall apply to the Insperity® Loyalty Program promotion.
200 loyalty points
To be eligible for the 200 loyalty points credit, the company you refer (i) must not be a current Insperity® client or customer of any kind; and (ii) must have an initial meeting with an Insperity Business Performance Advisor or Consultant and a Company Leader of the referred company. A “Company Leader” is a C-level executive (CEO, CFO, COO), president or a member of the referred company’s board of directors. Special rules apply for nonprofit matching. See separate rules for Insperity corporate employees.
You have the option of donating your entire loyalty reward to an approved nonprofit organization (paid in U.S. dollars, not points). If you’re an employee, volunteer or member of a nonprofit organization’s board, Insperity will donate $200 to the nonprofit on your behalf once your referral completes the initial meeting.
$500 loyalty payment: Insperity® Workforce AccelerationTM solution
To be eligible for the $500 loyalty payment, the referred company must become a new Workforce Acceleration client and complete its first payroll with the Workforce Acceleration solution with five to nine (5-9) full-time employees. Nonprofit matching does not apply.
Loyalty payment for the Insperity® Workforce Optimization® solution
To be eligible for the following loyalty payment, a referred company must become a new Workforce Optimization client and complete its first payroll with the Workforce Optimization solution as applicable below.

Additional charitable donation
As applicable, in addition to earning a loyalty payment as noted above, Insperity will make a charitable donation to a charitable organization for which the person making the referral is an employee, volunteer or member of such charitable organization’s board of directors (“Your Charitable Organization”) in the amounts detailed above.
To be eligible, Your Charitable Organization must be a nonprofit and tax-exempt charitable organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) or 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code and must furnish information requested by Insperity concerning evidence of its tax-exempt status before the charitable donation will be paid. Additionally, Insperity reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse to make contributions to nonprofits that it deems controversial or that it deems not in Insperity’s best interest.
Additional promotional loyalty payments or points
Insperity may also offer additional promotional loyalty payments or points from time to time in its sole discretion. The terms and conditions contained in the materials for such promotional offerings shall apply in addition to the terms contained herein. Minimum employee counts, requirements for qualification and payout or donation amounts may vary from the information provided above. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions for such promotional offering shall supersede the terms contained herein.
Issuance of loyalty payments and points
Loyalty payments and points can only be paid to one person or entity. Payments and points cannot be split between multiple payees. Referrals that are eligible for payments under the Insperity® Channel Agreements, or any other similar agreement that compensates a person or entity for such referral, shall not be eligible for any payments under this Loyalty Program.
Loyalty points are redeemable for a variety of gifts and may also be accumulated to redeem an item with a higher point value (1 loyalty point = $1). After your qualified referral completes the initial meeting, you will receive an email with the details needed to set up your Loyalty Program account to redeem points. Loyalty points expire one year from date of issue, and restrictions apply.
Please allow up to a month from the time of the initial meeting eligible for the 200-point loyalty credit, or from the time the referred company runs their first payroll as an Insperity® Workforce Optimization or Workforce Acceleration client, to receive your loyalty payment as applicable for the loyalty payments. Loyalty payments may be made by an Insperity-issued check or by any other method chosen by Insperity.
Loyalty payments are considered taxable payments made for qualified referrals under the Insperity® Loyalty Program and will be reported via an IRS Form 1099-MISC where required by IRS regulations. All tax obligations related to such loyalty payments are the sole responsibility of the person or entity receiving funds under the Insperity Loyalty Program.
Changes to these rules and restrictions
Insperity reserves the right to change the eligibility requirements or any other term of this Insperity Loyalty Program at any time without notice. Insperity may discontinue the Insperity Loyalty Program at any time in its sole discretion. These rules and restrictions were last updated on Aug. 3, 2023.
