Tonnia Cotton

Tonnia has been in Human Resources for more than 25 years, where she has worked for Fortune 500 companies and held director, manager, EEO officer, and consultant positions. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master of Project Management; she is a certified trainer with DDI and DISC, and holds a certification as an HR Auditor. She serves on public school district advisory and CTE boards, and private school boards. She also served on the HR Houston board of directors. Tonnia is an author and a motivational speaker and has been invited to speak at universities throughout Texas, local schools and other organizations within the community. She is currently a member of the Texas Executive Women Organization and one of the four families that helped start a local megachurch in North Houston. She is also one of the founders of the Fallbrook Before and After School Program and the Fallbrook Christian Academy. She also volunteers her time to help others start their careers. Tonnia is a wife, mother of four, one grandchild and two grand puppies.
