Shalla began her career in human resources in 2002. She has more than 15 years of experience in project management and learning and development. Her experience allows her to partner with leaders through learning and development and performance improvement to support, align and improve enterprise-wide goals. Her efforts include discovery analysis, process and organizational improvement, peer and leadership coaching development, communication and project implementation. Currently, Shalla is a Senior Performance Consultant at Insperity. Prior to Insperity, Shalla was an instructional designer for UnitedHealthcare where she collaborated with subject matter experts and leadership to manage, develop and implement effective and efficient learning plans within the organization through ongoing development. Shalla holds a credential in Development Dimensions International success profiles for card sort analyst. Shalla is a certified facilitator and counselor for Bridges to Life Prison Program and Stephen Ministers. She also serves as an assistant captain for the Ticket Services committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
