Lila began her career at Insperity in September of 2011. She has more than 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, sales and administration, including 7 years recruiting/selling for agencies and 9 years in corporate talent acquisition. She has strong expertise in recruiting, focusing on sales, human resources and information technology positions. Lila received her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Houston. She has worked for Insperity since 2011 and is an enthusiastic brand ambassador for the company on social media.
