Karen began her career with Insperity in December of 2012. She has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of leadership, performance management, strategic planning and employee relations. She is a Manager of HR Services at Insperity where she currently works with clients to identify key HR solutions to help clients grow their company and meet their business goals. She is certified in PERFORMANCE THINKING® PRACTITIONER PROGRAM – formerly Six Boxes. Karen has her bachelor's in social work and psychology from the University of Iowa. She received her Master of Business Administration in professional human resources.
