Strategy and planning
"Corinn Price has led the department of corporate citizenship at Insperity since 2000. During that time, she grew the department from one employee and a local contributions budget to seven employees, over 70 volunteer council members nationwide, with an expansive corporate citizenship program. The team now oversees the company’s volunteer efforts, philanthropy programs, corporate social responsibility reporting, and disaster response. Price and her team have developed the philanthropy and volunteer programs at Insperity including Matching Gifts, Volunteering Pays, Insperity’s scholarship program, paid time off policy for volunteerism, Insperity’s employee benevolence program, community involvement training for all new employees and board service training. Insperity’s commitment to communities has given Price all the support needed to add and expand philanthropy programs. She also encouraged Insperity to formalize its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy and in 2011 Insperity published its first corporate social responsibility report. Through the team’s effort, Insperity’s ISS CSR score has continued to improve. Corinn has played a pivotal role in Insperity’s Return to the Workplace strategy in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. She is the team lead for the cross-functional task force which oversees the implementation of the plan. Price graduated from University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She also holds a Certificate in Corporate Community Involvement with Boston College. Corinn is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration through Texas A & M University. Before joining Insperity, she worked in administration for non-profit organizations both in New York and Texas. This helped prepare her for the role in leading the community involvement efforts for Insperity in the company’s local communities. She was also a small business owner for several years. Corinn received the Lake Houston Chamber Community Impact Award in 2018 for her hurricane recovery efforts. She has also been the recipient of the Women of Achievement award from the FamilyTime Foundation and the 2012 honoree for the In the Pink of Health Northeast Hospital Foundation event.
