Since joining Insperity in 2004, Amy has served in various roles – senior recruitment and outplacement specialist, team manager, director of operations, director and managing director – with a steadily increasing emphasis on serving middle market clients who have 1000+ employees. Currently, Amy responsible for the Insperity consulting platform that aligns human capital strategies and deliverables with middle market clients’ business drivers to positively impact key results. In addition to her professional experience, Amy has a B.A. from UM-St. Louis and an M.A. in management from Fontbonne University.
