Get 200 loyalty points when you refer a company that completes an initial meeting with an Insperity Business Performance Advisor or Business Performance Consultant. Separate rules apply for Insperity corporate employees.
Loyalty nonprofit donation+
You have the option of donating your entire loyalty reward to an approved nonprofit organization (paid in U.S. dollars, not points). If you’re an employee, volunteer or member of a nonprofit organization’s board, Insperity will donate $200 to the nonprofit on your behalf once your referral completes the initial meeting.

After your qualified referral completes the initial meeting, you will receive an email with the details needed to set up your Loyalty Program account to redeem points.
